Healthy food for Cholera

my expertise is in
palliative medicine and geriatric
medicine so we reach out to people at
their home who are unable to reveal
services at a clinic or a hospital
cauldre mainly causes diarrhea that is
low stools and that can cause
dehydration so the main thing is that
you need to replenish yourself with lots
of water and for which you need to drink
a lot of safe drinking water clean water
and you can also have coconut water
because it has lot of electrolytes in it
and prevents from dehydration you can
also have a lot of ORS which is
available as a packet powder in the
powder form in the medical stove and you
can mix it with water and have that or
you can have some lemon juice made with
little sugar and a pinch of salt which
also works like a oral rehydration
solution so basically you need to drink
a lot of water dive in particularly
something to eat solid eat whatever your
stomach can digest usually it is
preferred that you eat lighter so maybe
some rice with dal again it has to be
freshly cooked and well-cooked and so
the rice has to be nicely cooked and
should not be left half cooked because
that can cause little injure in
digestion because in cholera what
happens is in any loose stools any kind
of loose stools because of any infection
your lining of the intestine gets washed
away so there is less ability for your
intestines to digest your food so have
lighter food you can have fruits you can
have soups all these can be taken even
if somebody has called up
