Treat Heart Disease without surgery in Children

hi I'm doctor  I'm a general
pediatrician and consultant pediatric
interventional cardiologist at Joe's
Center I have done my MD pediatrics and
fellowship in pediatric cardiology and
post that I've been practicing
interventional pediatric cardiology and
general Pediatrics many of the heart
lesions which are there since birth can
be treated without having to do a
Performa open-heart surgery so this is
called as pinhole love procedures
commonly called and this is like we
don't open the heart we just do a very
small incision that is a very small hole
into the groin or into the neck or in
together-like into the forearm so any of
these small sites where the hole what we
make will be as small as 2 mm or 4 mm in
diameter so that is the smallest hole
which will be required to perform this
kind of procedures so herein we will go
through the vein all the veins are
usually connected into the heart so it
may be from the arterial side or it may
be from the venous side so it'll all
enter directly into the heart so with
this mechanism so we will be able to do
a treatment for the heart without having
to open the heart here
