depend on your diet so understand your
diet and develop and practice on a daily
basis first and foremost you need to
brush every day at least twice a time
and even better if you brush after every
meal after brushing you need to make

which you can rinse your mouth
thoroughly with you have to use a
mouthwash at least twice a day once in
the morning and once of the night before
sleeping and don't neglect your tongue

important to avoid accumulation of food

you massage your gums after every
mouthwash routine and a few points on
your diet into balanced diet and drinks
lots of water and limit frequent
snacking eat crunchy fruits and
vegetables and avoid your sugary and
acidic foods examine your mouth
regularly and if you're using tobacco
like smoking try to avoid it or try to
reduce and gradually quit and visit your
dentist at least twice a year
